Built tougher than typical check valves, this upgrade is especially beneficial for vehicles driven in colder climates, where freezing temperatures can cause standard valves to fail. It helps maintain proper system pressure and prevents backflow into your compressor.

Not sure if your current check valve is failing? Testing is simple. With the compressor cool and unpowered, remove the filter housing and place your finger over the intake port for 30–60 seconds. If you hear or feel air escape when removing your finger, it’s time for a replacement.
